Historia

Michelle was born in Edinburgh (Scotland), in 1966, although, her father was Galician. She came to Spain with almost 4 years, by boat, she still remembers the sound of the siren. When she arrived, she went to life in Coruña with the idea of staying there but two years later she went to a boarding school in Ferrol to study. When she was 19 years old, she went to study voluntarily in Coruña where she married her current husband. in 1988 she went to live in Santiago and in the same year her first son was born. Then, in 1997 she came to Bertamirans, where she currently lives and works as an artisan in her own home. Today she is tired of migrating and says she doesn´t want to migrate anymore.
